Worst dining experience I've ever had. Will not return to any Joe's crab shack. Gratuity was included and servers did not do their job because of this. Treated us as though it was a hassle to serve us. All kids sat there thirsty begging for refills , food was delivered cold and incomplete. Missing portions of our food and delivered 2 hours after we ordered. We was unable to find a manager to voice our dissatisfaction, server was MIA as well until it was time to pay. A waste of 100$ and your time. Face painting was really good that's why they get 1 star.
This Joe's Crab shack has a great view of the river. My family and I really enjoyed the visit here. The staff was friendly and very prompt. We received our food quickly and everything was hot and delicious. I would have to say this is one of the better Joe's I have been to.
Love their crab dinners...make going to Red Lobster seem like having a PB&J sandwich. The flavor is fabulous. So upset i had to drive 2 hours and out of state to be able to get my favorite crab..they closed all the ones in Indiana..sad day!!
I was told that it's called "Joe's Crabs," and I was seriosuly disgusted by that. I knew a guy named Joe who had crabs, but that's not the same thing! The food is awesome, better than that nasty Long John Silvers in Newport. Only thing better than my meal would've been the cute waitresses phone number.
Food was good... A little salty, however I don't eat much salt... So I'm real sensitive to the taste of salt.... However the overall taste was really good... Had shrimp Alfredo.... Kisses
