Went to get spare car keys made on a Thursday afternoon. No one there knew how to use the machine.
I'm a bit late in providing this review. Last year I lost a number of asphalt shingles from my roof due to the high winds. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot searching for a roofing repair tool. While at Lowe's, another shopper told me to go to Bellevue to the Ace Hardware. He told me that they would be able to hook me up - sure enough - they did not have a tool on the self but were able to special order an excellent tool that they highly recommended. My new tool arrived a day earlier than promised and at the price quoted. Excellent service and a very friendly staff
